peer in
for the moment – a miniature
one of many
it is a picture on the wall
peer in to the moment
means of speed
put some distance between
therein sunny
so that the day shines
and in the backyard of the moment
bent steel of old prang
one gets in the way with a self
it is a constant reminder
assembly point
and we lower the boats
for re-creation
glimmer and gone
we make believe
a moment extends in all directions
contraption of time until
and past the furthest bounds
though universes are entailed
it’s one square centimetre
a world observed
one only thinks so far
all brick and dust my moment is
bereft of limits
we come to it fully inhabited
a reckoning
cough up
the furball moment
it is the very midst
strangers meet
the pile up
and the telling too
it’s here because
unless
a rare distinction
universal
we have been driven to this
eyes meet
the fatal words are spoke
and no one knows where the wheel
or how the arrow falls
