ingredients
for how to write a poem
a little fury
a disconcert
assorted cadence
consciousness live streaming
first hunger then
sleep is a part
and the song’s up
make own breeze
lightbulb sun
a kind of pledge
turns as in a conversation
some kind of smirk or sauce
that’s knowing
you’ll have to bury a marseillaise
so many real words
so much pretend
sometimes you will think you’re still there
the pile and fray
some idle hemming
time is all beyond me
must taste it here
nice pictures
your conviction
wrongs to stand against
a love of world
and so all life
just so summer comes to you
my thanks
my fears
the sudden dark
much of what must bury, mine
I need a file, scratch back
until the mirror shines
make this then a day for voices
I never learnt the rules to write
we die and the day burns down
still spins the wheel
the ball rolls on around
