we worship strange gods

flush up in dust

such bodies   imagine!

 

slowly mountain

sweep

 

and I coy with

be button nosed, tragic

must love

I become experiment

 

as if one for each half of a world

 

flame righteous

let slide

diaphanous and far

 

come downside to the mongrelhood
