begin washed

paper blank

an ecstasy thereof

 

sketch round the hand

to make a cave

 

all this white in a sheltering clatter

folded in of

some mutter

 

materials break off

all skin and that’s a map

 

it’s the body weight of charcoal

say a self traverse

half way, over

 

bliss symmetries

 

moment of the swim and after

 

it’s all to exhaust

the hand makes a face

 

we creak

 

smudge as

be turning

 

a slow writhe

it has a certain pace defied

 

think of the ages of artist before

and come to this

wrap unwrap

 

filling the screen by lens

turn crawl

outline revel

darken

stand

 

do not call this writing

do not call these words

 

rather an arms length

throw

as far as

golden now

there are no dots to join
