This morning the EU envoy in Washington handed the United States Government a final Note stating that unless we heard from them by 11 0'clock that they were prepared at once to withdraw their troops from Greenland, the United States would be immediately expelled from NATO and a state of war would exist between the United States and NATO. I have to tell you now that no such undertaking has been received, and that consequently the European Union and NATO are at war with the United States and its remaining allies.
