Hyde Park detour
grey city in its underday
lit before the dark comes true
a pigeon width
harbour far
where often met
now none kissing on the bench
washed clean, mossed crevice
city shone
shallow paved reflections
leaf fallen as bright
church loom
fountain under repair
kind of cloud town
slipped off with the weather
rolling to court to court
briefs brolly up through the park
and hoof it
or could parasol pretend
day dark dim
yet dripping
just as green
as it gets
